Established September 2012
A leader on the IMAGINE campaign resulting in a $24 million state-of-the-art community health and fitness center, CHOICE Health and Fitness, while honoring a commitment to no increase in property tax. The multi-use facility has been characterized by sitting federal legislators as a “national model” for community based preventive health care.
Established December 2014
Assisted in leading the LEGENDS & HEROES campaign, resulting in an $11 million 91,500 sq. ft., state-of-the-art youth ice arena featuring 2 official USA Hockey sanctioned size rinks for the hockey players and figure skaters in Grand Forks, ND. ICON Sports Center is known for often hosting local, regional, national, and international hockey tournaments and skating competitions.
Established November 2016
Home to the Minotauros, Minot State and the Minot High girls and boys hockey teams in addition to hosting various youth tournaments all year long, the Pepsi Rink features 1,800 stadium seats plus another 250 barstool seats that extend around the rink, four indoor ticket windows, a merchandise store, LED lighting and improved handicapped seating from the other two rinks at Maysa Arena.
Established Spring 2019
With the establishment of the new baseball complex, Park River can encompass a multitude of activities for all ages to prosper and encourage a bright healthy community. This facility helped put them on a level playing field with larger cities for hosting tournaments. This was a win-win proposition for the businesses, visitors and residents of Park River, MN, and surrounding area.
Though creation of campaign materials, strategic planning, donor meetings, and legislative preparations, Staley Consulting helped secure millions to help renovate and revitalize the historic Old Main building into the Rural Health Education Center for Allied Health and Nursing occupations. Due to the cost of construction material costs increasing, the campaign has expanded and is still in process.
